My work is concerned with understanding these movements - not only conceptually, but from within lived organisational reality.
After studying at several UK University, I completed my PhD in international copyright law at the age of 25, within the broader field of international law and economics.
Since then, I have spent more than a decade working inside international corporate environments, primarily within regulated financial contexts. This dual perspective matters.
Legal and economic frameworks reveal how regulation is designed and justified.
Institutional practice reveals how those frameworks are interpreted, translated, and sometimes distorted in organisational reality.
My work connects these layers.
Durable, resilient and empathic governance is not created through the density of rules alone.
It depends on how responsibility is distributed, how pressure is processed, and how blind spots are addressed.
My work aims to strengthen that structural awareness.

Over the past decade I have worked across multiple organisational levels, engaging with governance structures, regulatory interpretation, risk frameworks, and decision architectures from within.
This experience informs the analytical perspective developed in my writing and advisory work.
I do not observe institutions only from the outside.
I have experienced how pressure moves through them.
